How to contact me

Before contacting me, please read the following:

• If you have a question, check the FAQ first as I won't answer the same question twice. Also, if the question is about a problem with a The Sims game, please try looking at the official support centres or contacting EA before asking me. There are support centres for the UK and the US (both a support centre for all EA games, and one dedicated to The Sims games), where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and contact EA if they don't help. Australia doesn't have it's own support centre - residents of there should try finding your answer on the UK and/or US support centres, and if that fails, contacting EA Australia using the email address or phone number here.
• If you want to give general comments about the website, please sign the Guestbook (public) or provide feedback (private) instead.
• As long as you choose to let me publish your message, it will be published on either the previous messages or previous questions page with a response from me.

Now - there are two ways to contact me - by email, or using a form. I'd recommend using the form as it's easier.
