How to contact me
Before contacting me, please read the following:
If you have a question, check the FAQ
first as I won't answer the same question twice. Also, if
the question is about a problem with a The Sims game, please
try looking at the official help centres or contacting EA
before asking me. There are help centres
for
the UK
and the US, where you can find answers
to frequently asked questions (if there's nothing on the UK
one like when I looked, try the US one) and contact EA if they don't
help (choose Talk to a game adviser on the right and follow
the procedure -- you'll need an EA/Origin account, which you
will have if you've registered for TheSims3.com or
TheSims2.com). Australia and New Zealand don't have their
own help centres -- the website for those countries just
links to the US
help center, so try there. EA doesn't have a website for
Ireland anymore, so if you're from there I guess you'll have
to think of yourselves as part of the UK like EA does, and
use
the UK help centre (or
the US one if
that one's empty).
If you want to give general comments about the website, please
sign the Guestbook (public) or
provide feedback (private) instead.
As long as you choose to let me publish your message, it
will be published on the appropriate page in
Previous Messages with a response from me.
Now - there are two ways to contact me --
by email, or
using a form. I'd
recommend using the form as it's easier.
