Another The Sims 3 game update has been released, to coincide with the launch of Fast Lane Stuff. It adds a couple of new features that relate to that pack, in fact:
New Features
- Sims that drive extensively can now develop a relationship with their vehicles. Vehicles can be named once a friendship is formed.
- The Vehicle Enthusiast Trait is now available. Sims with this trait can name their vehicles immediately and develop relationships with them more quickly.

Those that have the Create a World Tool will need to download and install a new version after installing this update, which can be obtained the same way as earlier versions – from the Create a World Tool page:
